Mipony is a download manager designed to automate your downloads. It supports pretty much every file sharing site you'd come across (hotfile, rapidshare, megaupload, depositfiles, mediafire etc). It has a link detection so when you copy a link from browser or notepad, it will appear on the Mipony list where you can set it for download. What I liked about this program is if it encounters some error while trying to download some file, it will reload and try again until it succeeds. There's also great option for automatic joining files divided into archives. You can set your premium passwords for hotfile, rapidshare and megaupload in options.

Mipony doesn't bypass the timer, it downloads files in automatic sequence.
