Task Coach is the portable version of Task Coach developed to be able to run from a USB flash drive or any other portable device. Portable Task Coach application was designed to be a simple open source todo manager that will help you manage personal tasks and todo lists.

It grew out of Frank's frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things todo consist of several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks.

What's new:

Bugs fixed:

* On Windows, Task Coach wouldn't start when the user interface was in tabbed mode. (3041123)
* On Windows, toolbar items that should trigger a popup menu (e.g. templates) wouldn't.
* On Windows, disabled toolbar buttons wouldn't be greyed out.

Feature removed:

* The tabbed user interface mode has been removed. Having two different user interfaces makes it harder to test changes that affect the user interface, as evidenced by a bug in the previous release.
